I'm a Product Designer with over a decade of experience helping teams turn complex problems into products people actually want to use. I care deeply about the space between business intent and user reality — and the craft it takes to bridge them well.
My work spans the full product surface: from early discovery and research synthesis through to interaction design, design systems, and shipping. I've worked across early-stage startups and larger organisations, and I'm equally comfortable in both.
I believe good design is mostly good thinking. The visual output matters, but the decisions that led there matter more. I spend a lot of time in the questions before I spend time in the pixels.
Outside of product work, I write about design, process, and the less glamorous parts of the job in Fragments — short-form pieces that are more honest than a case study allows.
If you want to talk about a project, an idea, or just compare notes on something you're working through, I'm always up for it.
